Earlier in his career, Scott held the role of VP of Engineering at GutCheck where he enabled
the company to go from 0 to 1. He built both the software and team that took
GutCheck from angel though series D funding, presenting to the Board of Directors and
potential investors. The company was able to scale from 3 people to over 120 during his
tenure and successfully exited in 2020.
After GutCheck, Scott was a Senior Staff Software Engineer at
DigitalGlobe, where he managed product delivery to non-governmental
customers. He rapidly scaled the product and developed a reliable product within
an aggressive timeline as a senior member of the Geospatial Big Data
(GBDX) team.
In 2017, Scott served as Technical Delivery Manager for Temenos. He remained here for 3
years, delivering AWS deployed end-user facing solutions. He built and led a team of 32,
worked closely with clients, and guided project consulting and resource allocation. He
successfully repaired a damaged relationship with a major global banking client.
Since 2020, Scott has held the role of VP of Engineering for Woodridge Software (now RCG
Global Solutions) where he manages a team of 20+ QA and engineering managers. Scott expertly
identifies client’s needs, determines feasibility, technical scope, and staffing levels, and
translates requirements to teams. He steered teams to create complex account opening
solutions for large North American and international Fintech clients. Additionally, Scott
improved customer satisfaction and earned repeated business and increased spend.
